What we collect

• Contact form: your name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
• Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider may record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals or quotes.
• To communicate with you about our services where you have asked us to.
• To keep this website secure and working properly.

We process your information with your consent, or where it is necessary for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who we share it with

We only share personal information with service providers (operators) who help us run this website and respond to you, under appropriate safeguards:

• our website hosting provider;
• our database provider, which stores contact form messages;
• our email delivery service, which sends contact form messages to our inbox;
• Unsplash, which serves some of the photographs on this website.

Some of these providers store information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we rely on providers that are subject to data protection laws or binding agreements that give a level of protection similar to POPIA, as required by section 72 of POPIA.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our reasonable business records, and no longer than 3 years unless the law requires otherwise.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls and reputable service providers.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may:
