The Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) gives you the right to request access to records held by private bodies, where this is needed to exercise or protect a right.

How to request a record

1. Email your request to info@leishanit.co.za using the prescribed request form (Form 2), available from the Information Regulator's website.
2. Describe the record you are looking for and the right you want to exercise or protect.
3. We will respond within the time periods set out in PAIA. A prescribed fee may apply.
